Within the United States, shipping & handling for MEDIA MAIL (previously known as BookRate) is $3.50 for the first book and $1.50 for each additional. Within the United States, shipping & handling for PRIORITY MAIL is $5.50 for the first book. These rates apply to books weighing less than two pounds. Shipping and handling for heavier books and for multiple book purchases will be individually quoted.
Outside the United States, shipping & handling for GLOBAL PRIORITY is $12.00. If Global Priority is not available or if the book exceeds weight or size allowances, a quote will be provided.
